OCZ Technology Platinum Edition EL PC-4800 Dual Channel DDR Kit @ OCIA.net

“Not mentioned above is the fact that these modules are based on Samsung’s infamous TCCD chips. These chips have a great track record and are highly sought after by overclockers and enthusiasts alike. EVP is the abbreviation for Extended Voltage Protection, under which OCZ offers a Lifetime Warranty for these modules all the way up to 3.0V ± 5%. ULN (Ultra Low Noise) technology uses various printed circuit board (PCB) techniques to reduce the amount of electrical noise that is present in all high-speed ICs. This results in faster and more stable memory.”

OCZ Platinum PC4800 is my all time favorite memory. It’s simply amazing and I love it. One thing though, they DO NOT USE TCCD. They use TCC5. The review has an error in information, especially this late in the year. They’re TCC5. Our review of the PC4800 can be found HERE. While we did get a TCCD version, we were lucky. I was told that they ONLY use TCC5. I just wanted to clear that up for the false information, otherwise you’ll get crybabies like THESE GUYS who whine and *****.
