Sorry about that guys. I was so out of it that I didn’t post news last night. I did head over to a local casino to play some holdem. I wasn’t in a good mood so I just wanted to kill some time and play some cards. I sat down in the $40 NL table and played. Had ups and downs, but it wasn’t anything serious. Finally lost it all and rebought with another $40. I won a big pot that put me back to $80 and then slowly lost it down to about $30. Went all in after a guy raised after me. I had K J clubs and he had pocket Js. He got mad saying that I made a stupid call. How is that really that bad? I was shortstacked and at least I’m suited. So I catch my flush and win my small pot.
Next major one was with the same guy. He raised pre-flop to $10. It was 2am so I figured I’ll play too and lose and go home. The flop came Ad 2h 3d. He bet $24. Someone calls. I looked at the board and called. Turn comes 10s. He grabbed a stack (about $30+) and bet. The guy next to him calls. I stared at the board and called, with a little bit of chips left in my hand. He made a comment about just going all in, might as well. I wanted to and he said no cuz I bet already. Freakin a. River comes a 7h. He looked at me and checked. The guy next to him checked. I went all in with my small stack (about $20). He got mad and folded. The guy next to him called. I flipped over A 7. Then he started getting more mad saying he had A J and can’t believe I chased it all the way to the river. I hate players like myself, but I really wanted to just go in and lose and go home. Don’t ask why. The table got broken up so we all left. Hey, at the end I walked out with $180 extra in my pocket.
