Anyone Know a Fan Speed Utility?

I just picked up a cheap Gateway 4026GZ at Best Buy yesterday and I’d like to have the fan run at a lower speed. It did run quiet but then I wiped out all the crap programs and reinstalled a clean version of Windows and only the stuff I need. Now the fan’s on all the time. Any help? BTW, these Celeron M processors pack some nice power. It’s definitely faster than the old P4 1.8GHZ in my VPR Matrix.
