Introduction: I'm not even going to bother explaining or introducing what E3 is all about. Plain and simple, E3 is the ultimate gamers' convention. Just start browsing at all the pictures I've managed to take. Batman Begins Batmobile: Honestly, this has got to be the ugliest batmobile ever. The first one was the best. Who the heck came up with this??? Ghost Recon 3: I took a couple of shots of the game simply because it looked amazing. The graphics were sharp and movements in the demo were smooth. It's just like watching a movie. 50 Cent's game: There's a new game out with 50 Cent as the key character. I found it quite odd that he wasn't there to help promote his game. I did see the Wayans brothers though. All three of them walked around and no one really paid attention to them. It was a bit sad... ATI: ATI's booth was pretty big, much bigger than what they had at CES. They didn't really showcase anything other than the Xbox 360 and a couple of systems here and there with OEM partners. There were no sneak peeks of the ATI XPRESS 200 chipset.

Nintendo: Nintendo didn't show their next generation console Revolution but they did show their new Game Boy Micro. It's the size of a typical cell phone so it's quite small. It also comes in a wide variety of colors and different themes. Why the cow??? Sony: Sony didn't have all that much to show. There were just consoles everywhere and people crowded over and waited in line to play games. Fatal1ty Corner: In my opinion, the Fatal1ty area is the best part of the show. There are systems lined up for gamers to take on one another in Counter-Strike (non Source). Fatal1ty himself (no, not the guy shown in the picture) also went one-on-one with a couple of challengers. He beat the crap out of them. I felt embarrassed for those who stepped up, but hey, they tried so I give them credit for that. You can also see the new Zalman Fatal1ty case with the Fatal1ty coolers inside. You bet your ass that I'm gonna get a Fatal1ty case for review. It's so nice. Basically the Fatal1ty coolers are the CNPS7700 and the VF700 in red colors and a clear fan. The demonstration systems shown didn't have LED's so I doubt that the clear fan coolers will have LED's. Adrenaline: Adrenaline is a new system integrator dedicated to building gaming PC's. Their systems are watercooled with the Koolance setup with Lian-Li cases or Asus Vento cases. What's surprising is that the company just started and made their grand opening at E3!

Blizzard: Blizzard had a nice cinematic showing of World of Warcraft. There were multiple systems available for gamers to log in and play with their account. They also showed more previews of the Starcraft Ghost. That game has been delayed for so long. While I do get annoyed that Blizzard games are always delayed, the end result is worthwhile though. Final Fight: Remember the old school beat 'em up game Final Fight? They had an arcade of it for people to play!!! OMG that game was awesome. Remember Cody's machine-gun-jab-to-death combo? The good old days. Looks like Capcom is going to make a new Final Fight, called Streetwise. Sapphire: Lastly I end my trip with Sapphire. They showed their new innovative cooling for graphic cards, called Blizzard. Blizzard is a liquid metal cooling technology that uses mercury to provide increased cooling performance. Sapphire said it's up to 40% better than traditional watercooling. It's known to provide a good 8-12° (don't know the temperature they referred to but I'm thinking Celsius) lower in temps. Excellent indeed. The only thing to worry about now are those small whiny fans. Sapphire is also going to use ATI's XPRESS 200 chipset and make motherboards. The one showcased had white PCB. Very sexy indeed! I'll try my best to get a sample so you guys can see what they're capable of. Sorry I couldn't take a picture of their showcased system. The case was too reflective. With our without flash, the image that shows up would just be a reflection of me. Can you tell which one is Randy (quicksilverXP) and which is me? The day ends: I walked around the entire convention and found these places to be the most interesting parts. Everything else was just demo this demo that. This is pretty much an overall entire coverage, or the gist of the convention.
