Windows Update Breaks VMWare View

Windows’s “patch Tuesday” patch updated some security flaws in Windows, but left VMWare View users unable to connect to their virtual Windows Desktops. For those of you who don’t know, VMWare View is a Virtual Machine program that virtualizes desktops in a data center, so clients can use pretty much any computer to log into said desktop. The simple fix is either uninstalling the updates or updating VMWare View. VMWare had an update out within 24 hours of the update, in hopes that it would make the problem not as widespread.
