Sony's Insurance Company Going to Court Against Sony over PSN Network Losses

Sony’s insurance company, Zurich American Insurance, is going to court against Sony over the PSN Outage losses because they believe that, under the terms of their contract, Sony is soley at fault for not securing their own company. Sony has already tried to get compensation for the billions of dollars they lost because of the Playstation Network outage, but now they will be going to court over it.
