A software firm called SplashData recently came out with a study detailing the 25 worst passwords commonly used on the internet, and it’s pretty sad. Among the list are passwords such as “123456” and “passw0rd” (where the “o” is replaced by a zero), while “password” is the most commonly used. Here’s the whole list:
