What a hectic holiday season

Well I’m sure all of you know that I have been slacking off recently due to my addiction to WoW. That was followed by a series of events that took me away from my desk. I celebrated New Year’s Eve with my friends. One of them went to Europe and brought back some Absinth. It’s 72% alcohol, making it just a bit weaker than 151. Unfortunately, I did not hallucinate and see Night Elves like I hoped. Let’s just say that mixing it with other substance abuse, I owe two people new shoes… Sorry Anthony and Tina!

Preparing for CES took a few days. I had to get my 75,000 mile maintenance for my car (I got it in 2002! Yeah I drive a lot). One interesting thing I learned during that time was the story behind the rainbow. The shuttle driver told me that the rainbow is a sign from God that He will not cause another flood. I’m not a Christian so I never knew that story. Pretty interesting.

Instead of getting good sleep and being productive, I went to my friend’s house last night to drop off some hard drives. We ended up watching Candyman and Wedding Crashers. I hope I don’t fall asleep on the road.

Anyway, here’s the boatload of news that I haven’t posted for a while. I apologize. Things will pick up after CES is over. I’ll post pictures from CES events as soon as possible, hopefully on a daily basis. Enjoy!
