Tis the Weekend!
Which means that more writing and work for me! We’ve had a slow last couple of weeks but that’s because our in-house editor was busy with his law school finals. Let’s all hope he gets good grades! Now that he’s off for summer, this means that we’ll be able to pump out more reviews. I’m aiming at 3 a week. Think the whole staff can do it?
PowerColor Bravo X700 Videocard Review @ PCStats
The cooling is a great design and the included optional fan is nice. The question is, why the X700??? PowerColor should’ve spent the time implementing the heatpipe for X800/X850 series. Our review of it will be up shortly. I’m finishing up the tests as I type.
Gigabyte GV-RX80256D (X800) @ Rbmods
Many will think the vanilla X800 will be too weak for their games but I think it’s good enough. I have the Gigabyte X800XL in my hands and it sports the same large heatpipe as this one. Pretty spiffy stuff.
