Thermaltake presents the newest Type I BTX thermal module - TR2 B2
Thermaltake Technology – the leader in the thermal dissipation market is proud to present the newest Type I BTX thermal module – TR2 B2. The TR2 B2 dissipates the heat generated from the newest processors so well, not only does it meet the requirement of the new Intel Pentium High thermal Design Power processors; it also lowers the overall noise to satisfy the silent cooling needed for the home theatre PC market today.
The TR2 B2 Type I BTX thermal module utilizes the Thermaltake High Precision Riveting Technology to combine the copper core into the center of the aluminum heatsink and fins. The TR2 B2 aluminum fin structure features a perfect ratio between distance and the surface area. Combined with a 9238 high-airflow fan, the TR2 B2 Type I BTX thermal module dissipates the heat at the maximum efficiency possible.
The TR2 B2 BTX thermal module has a 92x92x38mm PWM fan attached to the unit, spinning at 2500rpm on the highest setting and a noise level between 13-26 dB. Utilizing the PWM function, the fan speed of the thermal module will be dependent on the load of the CPU. During normal operations, the TR2 B2 will be spinning at under 2500rpm and the noise level will be lower than 21 dB – a very quiet design. In addition, the TR2 B2 also has the special static blade structure for its fan that can add airflow while lower the noise created. The dual-layered blade design and the mesh surrounding the fan will absorb and greatly reduce the noise created by the fan.
The TR2 B2 Type I BTX thermal module is a symphony between great cooling performance and silence. Thermaltake Technology firmly believes that with the release of the new BTX thermal module, the BTX thermal management market will be awakened. Thermaltake Technology also never ceases to work when it comes to development –besides the Type I BTX thermal module, Thermaltake Technology will soon release the newest Type II BTX thermal module in the near future.
