The ATI Radeon To ATI FireGL Mod Guide Rev. 2.0!

Rojakpot has updated their ATI FireGL Mod Guide to include a how to on flashing your Radeon 8500, 9500, 9600, 9700 or 9800 series card. If you use a lot of 3d-intensive applications or do a lot of multimedia editing and aren’t really into gaming much, this is well worth the trouble.

“If you have considered buying a FireGL card, you should know just how expensive they are. The FireGL cards are usually about five times more expensive than equivalent Radeon cards. Try this mod instead and you will be able to own a FireGL card and save yourself a lot of money! We have already covered the Radeon 8500-, 9500-, 9600-, 9700- and 9800-series of cards so you will know which cards are moddable and which are not. All you need to do is buy a moddable Radeon card and just flash it with a FireGL BIOS. And voila! you have a FireGL card!”
