I hate computers even more

October 25, 2005 · by John Chen

Well it turned out that my Windows wasn’t hosed from overclocking too high. One of my hard drives went poop on me. Of all things that break down, it had to be my hard drive. Damnit.

Anyway, anyone here play R-Types II? It’s an extremely old airplane shooter game that is ridiculously hard. I thought Gradius IV was hard, but this is just another level. I can get to the last boss on Gradius IV now and I’ve pretty much memorized the pattern throughout the game. R-Types II is insane. On Normal difficulty, I can’t even get to the boss in Level 3!
