Anti-virus software vendor AVG is reported to be filing for an IPO. While AVG didn't release the IPO amount, Reuters reports they will try for $125 million, which isn't a far cry based on their revenue last year that was well over that. The money that would be raised will be used "for general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions." It's interesting to think about what companies they could possibly be acquiring, The number of shares to be released was not revealed, but I'm sure that information will be coming out soon.
