Intel has begun shipping their new Cedar Trail-M processors, which is the newest generation of Atom CPUs. The new line decreases power consumption while adding quite a few new features, such as Intel Wireless Display, Wireless Music, Smart Connect Technology, and Rapid Start Technology. There are two new processors, the 1.86GHz Atom N2800 and the 1.6GHz Atom N2600. They have Intel GMA 3600/3650 graphics, which enables them to play 1080p content without a problem. This new line is Intel's attempt to get back into the mobile computing market, as the extremely low-power ARM CPUs have been taking over. You can read the full press release here.
