FCC Posts Net Neutrality Rules

Although the basic net neutrality rules were made known since the voting, the FCC has officially posted a 194-page document detailing the actual rules. It clarifies things such as the rule which makes it illegal for mobile wireless providers to block services from other companies. What the rule is actually referring to, according to the document, is voice and video applications (such as Skype, which has been blocked in the past) that compete with the provider's services.
