According to a recent study, Americans are now using the Internet more than they are watching TV. This is probably largely due to services like Hulu, iTunes TV rentals, and Netflix. While cable/satellite is getting more and more expensive and people are trying to cut costs where they can, and while Hulu is free and Netflix is ridiculously cheap, it only makes sense to make a change. For many years, people under 30 have been using the Internet more than their TVs, but this study shows a new trend of older age groups making the change over.
