While Oblivion and Skyrim were wonderful games, a lot of people missed the ability to go on quests with their friends, or trade gear, or do many of the things that they're used to doing in an MMO. Well, if you're still interested in doing that, you'll only have to wait a year. GameInformer recently revealed their June cover story, which announces The Elder Scrolls Online, which is an MMO set in the series' universe.

Matt Firor, who is the game's director and an MMO veteran who has worked on titles such as Mythic's Dark Age of Camelot, said,

"It will be extremely rewarding finally to unveil what we have been developing the last several years. The entire team is committed to creating the best MMO ever made – and one that is worthy of The Elder Scrolls franchise."

There isn't much information out about the game currently, but it looks like there will be PvP with three different factions. A teaser trailer should be coming out tomorrow for the game, but for more information you'll have to wait until the June issue of GameInformer comes out. The expected release date is just "2013" for now, and it will be released for both PC and Mac.
