Over the last weekend, NVIDIA announced an interesting thing they've been cooking up for the past couple years called the GeForce Experience. What NVIDIA is offering is a way to best optimize your game settings for optimal gameplay, which is something that is confusing to a lot of players. What the heck is anisotropic filtering? Most people don't know. This adds a lot of confusion when trying to optimize your game for your computer yourself. NVIDIA has used one of their supercomputers to go through most every game and every combination of computer parts, and by the click of a button the "GeForce Experience" will change your game's settings to be the best for your hardware.

For the best information, go straight to the horse's mouth:

The whole idea of the GeForce Experience is pretty cool, but I was more excited about their mention of Hawken. Apparently I missed something, as there are closed beta sign-ups going on right now, and it looks like the game will be released on December 12, 2012. If you want to check out Hawken, or sign up for the closed beta, head on over to the game's website
