EA Changes Origin Banning Policy, Allows You to Play Offline

Many people have complained about EA's Origin service, and its seemingly-harsh terms of service. In the past, if you were banned for breaking the Terms of Service, you'd be locked out of access to every game you bought on Origin. There's good news for the banned crowd, though. Electronic Arts recently announced that they will now allow you to play games on Origin if you have it set to offline mode, which will limit you to single-player games. To set Origin to offline mode, you simply go into the settings tab (gear icon) and click "Go Offline." You can read the announcement here
