As earlier reported, AMD's Radeon HD 7950 was released today. The lowest price on Newegg, if you're curious, is $459.99. For all that cash you'll get quite a powerful card. It packs up to an 800MHz engine clock; 3GB GDDR5 memory with a 1250MHz memory clock; 28 Compute Units (1792 Stream Processors; 112 Texture Units; 128 Z/Stencil ROP Units; 32 Color ROP Units; and Dual geometry units.
