alright so i hooked up my front microphone wrong... and when i plugged in my microphone... she lit up... luckly i had the side panel off at the time otherwise i would never have noticed "my new led"

that sucker was glowing red lol... so i quickly unplugged the wires from the mobo... onboard audio and microphone still work...
im not sure about the front panel just yet... im going to check it out later... see what the hell was plugged in wrong

lol, those front ports can be a pain in the butt to hook up.

yeah no kiddin lol

i dont think it's damaged... at least it doesn't look like it it was the trace is still all connected but it's raised off the pcb a little bit... i may have to do a more permanent fix but i think it's still alive

So thats on your NF7 or AA8 ? Sold the P4 yet? Ah, Im confused with what your running these days lol.

thats the NF7...

the P4 was sold for a dead P4 plus $200 cause we knew the chip was dead... and i blew $100 of in one night haha...
gonna sell off some stuff i've got around here... plus my money for my articles i've written for dev and pick up a 3.4 or a 3.6J if i feel like saving a little longer

might go cheap and pick up a 3.0 off a guy on XS
