If you have not noticed yet, Arctic Cooling aims for silence in all of their products.  Whether it be cases, power supplies, CPU coolers, or GPU coolers, Arctic Cooling's first goal is to provide enthusiasts an opportunity to compute in silencer.  Performance is definitely one of their goals as well, but silence seems to be a much bigger focus.  Of course that is what I conclude from their products anyway.

There are multiple reasons why I continue to use the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 in my testbed.  It is very easy to install and provides excellent performance at dead silence.  I found the Freezer 7 to be an overall great value.  Arctic Cooling is back and looking to one up their current flagship CPU cooler.  The end result is the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.  It continues many of the existing features found in the Freezer 7 and adds a couple of new features that aims to make the new cooler an even better choice for enthusiasts.
